Moira Laidlaw concentrates her practice in complex trust and estate planning, probate, elder law, Medicaid, special needs planning, guardianship, tax and small business planning. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation as accredited by the American Bar Association, and is one of only approximately 400 attorneys in the United States who holds this designation.

Known for her compassion, attentiveness and responsiveness, Ms. Laidlaw takes great pride counseling her clients during often difficult, sensitive situations, drawing on her deep legal knowledge and thoroughness, to find a favorable outcome for all parties.
